Our Story

Cosmic Shards was born from a shared love of the night sky and a desire to make its wonders easier to explore. As passionate amateur astronomers, we often found ourselves wishing for a tool that was both educational and inspiring - something that could guide beginners and deepen the experience for seasoned observers.

That spark of an idea became our very first set of Stargazing Cards. Thanks to the incredible support of our backers on Kickstarter, what began as a simple passion project was brought to life through a successful Kickstarter campaign. Today, our cards are trusted by stargazers around the world.
